What Flow does
The Codex says what to do. Flow checks that you did it.
The Core Codex is a set of written rules for a 90-day run: one engine, defined signals, checkpoints at day 30, 60 and 90, and kill criteria set before you start. Flow is where those rules live while the run is on, so they are enforced rather than remembered.
Signals
Define the signals that matter for the engine you're running, then log them as they happen. Signals are the raw material for every later decision.
Qualification passes
Run a pass over what came in, and flag what qualifies against the criteria you wrote down. Nothing qualifies by feel.
Review
Work through flagged leads and checkpoints with a structured review. The day 30, 60 and 90 reviews are created when the run starts, and an overdue review blocks further logging until it's done.
Calibration and metrics
Compare your criteria against real outcomes and adjust them with evidence. Metrics stay tied to the run, so a change in week six is visible next to the rules it changed.
Export
Take the whole run with you: configuration, signals, metrics, reviews and the kill-criteria status, in one export.
Fit
Who it's for, and what it is not
This is for
- Operators running a Core Codex cycle who want the checkpoints enforced, not just scheduled
- People who would rather log a signal than remember a feeling
- Anyone who wants to be able to prove, in week twelve, what week three actually looked like
This is not
- Advice. Flow does not give financial, legal or business advice. It holds you to the rules you set
- A CRM or a marketing tool. It qualifies and reviews; it doesn't send anything
- Flexible about the rules. Engine and kill criteria lock when a run starts
Questions
Frequently asked
When does Flow launch?
No date is set. It's pre-launch: the application exists and is being readied for production. The waitlist gets one email when it's available.
Do I need the Core Codex?
Flow is built for Core Codex runs. It assumes the 90-day structure, one engine per run and written kill criteria. If you don't run that system, Flow will feel rigid, because it is.
What happens to my data?
Your runs, signals, reviews and metrics belong to you and can be exported. Pricing, hosting details and the privacy terms will be published before launch.
