Refund policy

When we fix or refund

• The file is damaged or won't open.
• You paid but couldn't download it.
• What you received doesn't match its description on this site.

Email info@stonebridge-systems.org from the address you paid with, or tell us that address, and say which product and what went wrong. We'll send you a working file, or refund you in full if we can't fix it.

What isn't covered

Changing your mind after the files have been delivered. If you're not sure the Core Codex is for you, read the free Attention Engine brief first: it's a full, uncut section of the Codex. Each product page lists everything that's included.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law.
