Who we are

Stonebridge Systems is operated by Belmaix Holdings LLC, based in Denver, Colorado ("we", "us"). "You" means the person who buys a product, and the business they buy it for.

What you're buying

• The Core Codex: a PDF of about 95 pages with embedded decision diagrams. $29.
• The Small Business Operations Toolkit: a ZIP of 28 files with Excel workbooks, Notion template blueprints and process guides. $39.

Each product page lists exactly what's included. Flow and Sight aren't for sale yet; their pages only take waitlist sign-ups.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid once, by card, through Stripe. There's no subscription and no account. Stripe processes the payment; we never see your full card details.

Delivery

Your download page opens as soon as the payment goes through. Its address keeps working, so bookmark it if you want to download the files again. If a download doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it out.

Using what you buy

Each purchase is a single-business license. You and anyone at your company can use the files, including in work you do for your clients. Please don't resell, redistribute, upload or publish the files themselves, or present them as your own.

What the products are, and aren't

• The products give general frameworks and tools. They aren't legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
• Nothing we sell guarantees income or results. You decide what to do with them.
• The workbooks come with sample data. Check the figures and formulas against your own situation before you rely on them.

Refunds

The files are delivered the moment you pay, so we don't refund a change of mind. If a file is damaged, won't download or doesn't match its description, we fix it or refund you in full. The refund policy has the details.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist for Flow or Sight, we keep your email address, the product you picked and the time you signed up, and send one email when it's available. Ask us to remove you at any time.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for anything to do with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
