We keep as little as we can: what's needed to deliver what you buy and to send the one email you asked for. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers.

When you buy
Stripe handles the payment on its own checkout page. To deliver your files and help with your order, we keep the Stripe checkout reference, the product, the email address you gave Stripe, the amount and the payment status. We never see your full card details.
When you join a waitlist
We keep your email address, the product you picked and the time you signed up. Nothing else: no IP address and no browser details. We use it to send one email when the product is available.
When you email us
We keep your message and our reply so we can help you.
What this site doesn't do
stonebridge-systems.org sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other websites; even the fonts come from our own domain. Stripe's checkout page, on checkout.stripe.com, may use its own cookies to prevent fraud.
Who handles it for us
- Stripe, for payments.
- Cloudflare, for this website and the database that stores orders and waitlist sign-ups.
- Tuta, for our email.
We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
Deleting your information
Email info@stonebridge-systems.org to have your waitlist sign-up or order record deleted. Deleting an order record also switches off its download link. Payment records stay with Stripe, as the law requires.
